Our personal shopper is Dani de Cespedes, who gained insights into the luxury concierge industry through her five-year tenure at Saks Fifth Avenue. Now, she is spearheading the personal shopping program for the Miami Design District. Let us share with you what her job entails and all the extra services you probably didn't know about.
"Foremost," Dani says, "I am here to provide an outstanding shopping experience for you, defined so by convenience and simplicity. It can begin with a casual consultation. Styled by MDD will come to you, and you can explain what you are looking for—whether that's new outfits for an upcoming vacation, wedding, or business conference—and we can explore your personal style together. With my newly gained insights into your needs and desires, I can go shopping for you and consider how each piece can fit your life and style."
This program is perfect for people who don't have the time to go shopping but want the latest collections. What is unique to Miami Design District's personal shopper offer—unlike other programs— there is no minimum a client has to spend to qualify and it is completely free.
Dani always has the insider scoop: access to the neighborhood's premier flagship stores, direct relationships with their managers, and first dibs on limited edition pieces. "Access to the impossible is what I provide. You can count on me to get my hands on the hottest items of the season FIRST, before anyone."
Moreover, the service is not limited to the geography of the neighborhood. "If you want to meet outside of the neighborhood, I will prepare a rack of looks, specially selected for you, which you can try and choose from at your leisure. I also offer complimentary add-on services, including white-glove (no contact) home delivery and alterations," says Dani.
THE STYLING PROGRAM
Beyond the amenities of her personal shopper program, Dani also provides a fully complimentary full-service styling program. As one of the most in-the-know people of what's trending in fashion—from fine jewelry to streetwear—Dani can curate any desired fashion aesthetic: so you always look and feel confident. If requested, she can even help you with Home Design advice, she works closely with our design showrooms, she can also introduce you to some of Miami's best interior designers.
Her services widen for her top clients: she offers complimentary closet organizations, travel packing, and overall wardrobe consultations.
