Join the Florida Wine Academy and Abaco Wines & Wine Bar on Monday, October 16th from 7pm-8:30pm for the first event of Miami Champagne Week! We will open the week with a premium seated tasting of 6 Tête de Cuvées, with some of the finest champagne that each Champagne House produces.
We will compare and contrast premium champagnes brands, discuss the quality and the production methods. We will taste:

- Pol Roger Winston Churchill
- Dom Perignon
- Laurent Perrier Gran Siecle
- Bollinger La Grande Annee
